Warehouse and Transport

With our own fleet of vehicles, our Warehouse and Transport division will go that extra mile to ensure all equipment is handled safely and delivered on time.

Engineers and Installers

Our national network of fully trained engineers and installers install and commission equipment to strict timelines designed to fit in with your schedule. They are all assessed on a national basis to ensure they conform to current working regulations, and to Health and Safety requirements on site.

Our engineers and installers will carry out a full hand-over of the project and demonstrate all installed equipment to the client and operatives, ensuring that all specialist product training is arranged accordingly.

After Sales

At Space, our service does not end once we’ve posted the final invoice – we take our after sales responsibility very seriously.

As part of our hand-over process we give you the warranty information on all the equipment we install including manufacturer details, serial numbers and warranties expiration dates.

We have our own warranty management system in place and follow up all our warranty calls on a daily basis, right up until the final product warranty expires. We’ll only close off warranty calls when we know you are satisfied that the problem has been resolved.
