About Space Service (Catering Equipment Servicing)


At Space, we are always looking at ways to enhance the service that we give our customers both before and after a new installation or project takes place. We have always prided ourselves on offering a market-leading warranty management service, so if a piece of equipment that is within its warranty period requires an catering equipment engineer, we will book the call for you, manage all the communication and ensure that it is completed to your satisfaction – all free of charge.

However, what happens when you’re equipment falls out of warranty?   Space Service was set up to deal with just that, and it’s exclusive to Space customers.  It means that you simply dial a single local rate number for all your catering equipment servicing and catering equipment repairs needs, whether that equipment is within its warranty period or not.

Space can now arrange for a specially trained catering equipment engineer to get your equipment up and running day or night, including bank holidays and even Christmas – often the times when you are busiest.

We’ve kept the costs clear and transparent with a simple pricing matrix which includes a call out rate and then an hourly labour rate for each category of catering equipment maintenance and catering equipment servicing.  The only other cost is the cost of the parts themselves
